Reiki with Flowers

With Caroline Gibbons, Reiki Master of Usui & Karuna Reiki

Reiki

Reiki is pronounced ray key. Reiki is a Japanese word – “Rei” means “universal life” and “ki” means “energy”.

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of hands-on healing

It can have many positive effects including increasing energy, reducing pain and stress, producing deep relaxation and a general feeling of well-being, helping with clarity.

Distant Reiki

With Distant Reiki, the reiki energy is sent across time and space using ancient symbols.

Flowers

The “flowers” part of Reiki with Flowers are flower essences. Flower essences contain the energy of plants and trees to balance the energy field of the body, support the reiki during the reiki session and when used after the session support the client in the days and weeks to come.

Wondering What Distance Healing is?

You’re Not Alone. And I’m Here to Help!

Distance Healing is a technique whereby you do not have to be physically present to receive healing.  The intention to heal is sent by the healer and received by the client in an instant transmission.  The healer can then in real time access information about the client and transmit healing.  This is explained by Quantum physics, it is called the entanglement theory, when two particles of energy come into contact with each other they can then share information or mirror each other even if separated by time and space.

Albert Einstein called this “spooky action at a distance.”

What a distant reiki session involves:

A convenient time is arranged for the reiki to be sent. I contact the client by text or phone 15 minutes before the session to remind the client of the imminent session. The client then finds a comfortable, quiet place to relax while the reiki is being sent. The client then spends at least 30 minutes in this quiet place to best absorb the beautiful reiki energy. Clients often fall asleep when reiki is sent . A convenient time is arranged to discuss feedback on the reiki session by phone, zoom or FaceTime.

As well as the reiki I also use tuning forks and 5D chakra cards.

About Caroline

Reiki Master of Usui & Karuna Reiki

Hello and welcome to my website Reiki with Flowers.

Reiki and flowers are two of my passions.

Reiki is a form of energy healing which is a gift both to give and receive. The word Reiki is Japanese and is a combination of two words – “rei” which means universal and “ki” which means vital life force. Reiki is very gentle and great for all ages.

The “flowers” I offer you are flower essences I make myself and also phytobiophysics energy harmonisers. I have a diploma in Phytobiophysics which is an amazing form of vibrational medicine using the gentle but powerful energy of plants and trees.

We are living in exciting and also challenging times and I am offering my services to support you in your journey through these times. Everyone’s journey is unique with its ups and downs and I would love to help you along the way, offering you the opportunity to find more peace in your heart which is what I feel everyone is striving for.

I offer these forms of vibrational healing which have had a very positive impact on both my own and my family’s health and well-being, and also many friends and clients over the years since I was first attuned to Reiki in 2001, now 20 years ago!

Namaste – the light in me bows to the light in you 🙏

Who should try Reiki?

Reiki is great for all ages and suitable for everyone.

What to expect in a session?

Reiki in person:

Although reiki can be done anywhere, I feel the maximum benefit is received in a warm horizontal position. With this in mind I use a treatment couch. Once the restriction of your shoes is removed, I help you gently lie down, placing a blanket or other covering over you if required. Once you’ve got comfortable and relaxed, I will ask you to close your eyes. As reiki is about being nurtured and cared for, I start the session with Moses Code tuning forks which create a sacred sonic relationship that brings harmony to you, the receiver of the frequencies, helping to balance the nervous system, increase the auric field and expand consciousness.

I will then will give you reiki by placing my hands either off the body or with a light touch on your body. It will all depend on where I am guided to reiki you. I am mostly guided to do the reiki on the head and feet.
While receiving the reiki you are likely to feel more relaxed, you may see colours and may feel the reiki energy flowing through your body. You may also have some visions. Many people fall asleep – this is not a problem as the reiki will still go to wherever it is needed. A person’s response to reiki is very individual and will vary from session to session. There is no right or wrong way.

How does it work?

I am a reiki master and a channel for the reiki, so the reiki flows through me and out of my hands which I place just above or on the client’s body. The reiki then flows into and through the client’s body helping to break down any energy blockages and making the energy flow freely through the body.

In studies reiki has been shown to help with relaxation, anxiety, pain management and depression. Reiki is available in some hospitals which is wonderful in my opinion as it is a way that conventional and holistic medicine can complement each other.

How long is a session?

A reiki session lasts one hour.

What happens during a session?

The first time you visit I will have to complete a client consultation form which you will need to sign. We will discuss how you are feeling and how you would like the reiki to help you. I will then give you reiki and afterwards we can discuss your experience during the reiki session and how you feel after receiving the reiki.

Reiki with Flowers – this is a combination of reiki and flower essences. The flower essences contain the energy of flowers and trees which will support the reiki both during the reiki session and also in the days and weeks after the session. The flower essences I will give you to take home in the form of pilules or in an oil or cream with one or more essential oils. The aroma of the essential oils you will then associate with the relaxing feeling of the Reiki. The essences give insight into any energetic imbalances you may have which we discuss during the session.

How many reiki sessions will I need?

This varies from individual to individual but if you commit to 4 or 6 regular sessions, it will be more beneficial for you.

If you pay up front for 4 or more, I can give you a discount.

What will I notice following a session?

The most common reaction to reiki is an almost immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation.

It is important to drink water following a session and preferably avoid alcohol.

You may also feel more tired after reiki – this is your body prompting you to rest so that the reiki can continue to work its magic on you.

It’s best to plan to do as little as possible for the rest of the day after having reiki and then enjoy a good night’s sleep

It is rare, but occasionally some people experience a healing crisis and have a headache or stomach ache, or feel more emotional. If this happens, please just rest and drink water, or contact me if you would like to discuss how you are feeling.

Always speak to your doctor if you plan to use reiki to help with any medical condition. Remember that reiki is a complementary therapy and should be used alongside a conventional treatment plan.  You may also use it alongside other complementary treatments such as acupuncture, massage or counselling.
